David Younger

With over 12 years experience David has served in different construction companies and gathered in  depth knowledge in this field. As an owner of 3 UBuildIt locations David has built just under 100 custom homes ranging in job cost from $350,000 to $1.2 million. He developed a team at UBuildIt to build quality homes  on time and on budget. As a General Contractor he utilized many cutting edge construction techniques such as  Insulated Concrete Form construction as well as innovative types  of construction  from Post and Beam to Passive and Active Solar.

David understands the importance of open and honest communication with both the customer and the many people and contractors involved in this complex process. David is committed to providing the best product available in market while utilizing the best energy-efficient technology and sustainable building methods.
